This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which SoutheasternPrimitive ("we", "our", or "us"), an Australian podcasting and audio service provider, will issue refunds to clients.

1. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by SoutheasternPrimitive—including podcast creation, studio rental, editing, consultation, and monetisation strategy—are customised and delivered upon direct agreement with the client. We do not offer digital purchases or automated bookings through our website.

2. Refund Eligibility

We aim to deliver high-quality, tailored services. Refunds are handled fairly and individually, under the following general conditions:

• Full Refund: If no work has commenced and no studio time has been reserved or used.
• Partial Refund: If work has begun but is incomplete, we may issue a refund proportional to the amount of service not yet delivered.
• No Refund: Once a service has been fully completed, or the studio has been used per agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a planned service or studio booking prior to commencement. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or direct contact. The earlier the cancellation, the more flexible we can be.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned using the same payment method agreed upon during service initiation. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days from confirmation.

6. Exclusions

We are not liable for refunds due to changes in your personal schedule, third-party delays, or factors outside of our control once a service is under way.

7. Dispute Resolution

If any disagreement arises regarding refund eligibility, we will work to reach a reasonable resolution. Formal mediation or legal steps will only be taken if informal resolution fails.
